How we secure our funding

The CCTA, Calhoun County, and local communities have secured over $6 million for trails in Calhoun County. In addition to generous contributions from Calhoun County residents, we have received grants from the Albion Community Foundation, Battle Creek Community Foundation, Binda Foundation, Bronson Battle Creek Hospital Community Partners, Calhoun County Visitors Bureau, Calhoun County Senior Millage, Enbridge Donation Program, Homer Community Foundation, Iron Belle Trail Fund, Kalamazoo River Community Recreational Foundation, Marshall Community Foundation, Michigan Natural Resources Trust Fund, MDOT TAP Program, and SEMCO Energy.
